Our Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Made 14 Days or More in Advance: For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event, clients will receive a full refund of their deposit or payment.

  2. Cancellations Made Between 7 and 13 Days in Advance: Cancellations within 7-13 days of the event will result in a 75% refund of the total payment. Alternatively, clients may choose to reschedule the event for a future date (subject to availability) with no additional fees.

  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days in Advance: For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, payments are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to reschedule based on availability.

  4. No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show without prior notification, the total payment will be forfeited.

  5. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if the request is made at least 3 days before the event. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

  6. Special Circumstances: We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of medical emergencies or other serious issues, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate or adjust our policy as needed.
